1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Froz Website Building ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Services

Froz Website Building provides professional web development services including but not limited to: website design, website development, e-commerce solutions, custom web applications, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements or quotes provided to clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as requested for project completion
• Respond to communications in a timely manner to avoid project delays
• Provide all necessary content, assets, and materials required for the project
• Ensure you have the right to use any content or materials provided to us
• Review work and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed payment schedule

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project quotes or agreements. Typically, payment is required in advance or according to a milestone-based schedule. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding payments. All amounts are payable in the currency specified in the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. We retain the right to use completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and code libraries remain our property or the property of their respective licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Froz Website Building shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangibles. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Froz Website Building, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Project Changes

Any changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. We will provide a written estimate for any scope changes before implementing them. Minor changes within reason may be accommodated at our discretion.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice as specified in the individual project agreement. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We will provide all completed deliverables upon full payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
